Our Sapphire Egg has won BEST BUY in the OFM annual Easter Egg Taste Test

Delighted to see that the Observer Food Monthly out today has awarded our Sapphire 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate Easter Egg, filled with our award-winning Dorset Sea Salt Caramels, both 5 Stars & the coveted 'BEST BUY' award in their annual Easter egg taste test.  Importantly, all the products tested in this taste test were tasted blind.  It's very important to remove any bias that a judge may have towards brands and their packaging based on prior knowledge (or otherwise which is more often the case for smaller brands like ours), so bravo to the OFM for doing this!

Judged by baking queen Benjamina Ebuehi, this is what she had to say about our Sapphire egg:
'This is a very good egg; really pretty, thick, good chocolate, a suprise inside - really good, salty caramels! I don't know what I would improve'
