Hand-decorated on the outside with stylish splashes of natural colours, when broken open, the stunning diamond-faceted 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate Easter egg reveals 10 luscious 2 Star Gold Great Taste 2020 award-winning Dorset Smoked Sea Salt Caramel gems nestled inside.
Each egg is moulded by hand in two halves in several stages to build up the layers of chocolate. If that isn't enough, we then fill the milk chocolate egg with the gems, before the two halves are hand-sealed together by our wonderful making team. Each and every egg is then hand-decorated by our creative chocolate artists with natural colourings - this egg is decorated with splatters of pink, blue and yellow which are made up of extracts of cherry, sweet potato, radish, safflower spirulina & lemon - when we say natural colours we mean it!
This giant eggs weighs 450g and measures 20cm tall - it really is a giant egg!
Each of our Easter Eggs is packaged in 100% plastic free cardboard packaging, which is recyclable.
Ingredients: Colombia origin milk chocolate 83% (cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), Dorset sea salt caramel 9% (light muscovado sugar, glucose syrup, butter (milk), Dorset fresh whipping cream (milk), Dorset sea salt), Ecuador origin dark chocolate 8% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), natural colours: cocoa butter, calcium carbonate, sweet potato, radish, cherry apple, safflower, lemon, spirulina. Milk chocolate contains 47% (min) cocoa solids, 23% milk solids. Dark chocolate contains 72% (min) cocoa solids.
