Delivery & Returns


We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your requirements. When placing your order you will see an order calendar which will show various options and dates for delivery.

Our online calendar will automatically set the first available delivery date which may not be the cheapest, so please select the date that suits you.

You have the option of ordering gifts for specific date(s) a distance into the future. We will store your order on file & only make up your order with fresh chocolates just prior to sending it out to meet your delivery date.

Next day delivery

We accept orders for next day delivery up to 12 noon.

Delivery to multiple addresses

You can also select multiple delivery addresses if you wish to send items to different locations in one order - each address will be allocated a postage cost.

Delivery options

Standard 3-5 day: £3.95  Royal Mail tracked - the date shown on the calendar is the first day in the 3-5 day window that the item is likely to arrive (£5.95 per package over 1kg)

Preferred day £4.95: Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for, but date not guaranteed
(£6.95 per package over 1kg)

Next Day - Guaranteed: £8.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery, signature required, pre-1pm delivery
(£9.95 per package over 1kg)

Saturday Delivery: Not guaranteed, but you select Saturday delivery as an option for both standard and first class delivery services at the checkout.

Northern Europe: £8.95 not tracked & please allow more time to arrive
Please note that we do not deliver further afield due to length of time taken in transit

All orders over 2kg to UK: £9.95 
UK packages over 2kg will be sent by courier: Will arrive on the requested delivery date, but not necessarily pre-1pm

Important information about deliveries:
Our deliveries are undertaken by third parties, primarily Royal Mail, so once parcels are collected from us and enter their delivery network, control of the delivery passes to them. As all our UK Royal Mail delivery options are tracked, you are able to monitor the progress of your order & follow up directly with Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery if necessary. However, if there are any queries with your delivery, we will try our best to help resolve them with Royal Mail.

Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during weekday working hours. Should delivery to the address not be possible, Royal Mail will update their tracking information accordingly and often (but not always now) a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office address finding service.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.

We are only able to send orders to BFPO addresses at standard postage & packing rates.

Our chocolate gifts are despatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. But if any items are unfortunately broken in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you can return them to us at the address above and once we have received the item, we will refund the full purchase cost of that item or send out a replacement by return & refund reasonable postage costs incurred. Cancelling your Order

When shopping with Chococo, you can be assured of complete peace of mind.

You may cancel your order at any time, up until 12 noon on the day you have requested that it is despatched. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01929 421777.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to:

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Chococo and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
