Summer deliveries
During the warmer summer months, we recommend if possible that you select First Class delivery at the checkout to quicken the process of your products being in transit. We keep all products cool here in our air-conditioned rooms prior to despatch to ensure they are sent out in optimum condition.
Delivering your Order
All items are sent by tracked delivery so depending on the postman may require a signature on delivery. If no one is in, a card will be left by the postman and the item can either be collected from the local delivery office or a re-delivery can be arranged. Royal Mail offers an online re-delivery service so that you do not have to call them first, just arrange it via their website at royalmail.com.
In the event that the specified address on your order is incorrect, this must be notified to us prior to the parcel being sent by us. Once the parcel has been sent we can not take responsibility, as a result of the incorrect address, for the parcel being intercepted by someone other than the intended recipient. Should this occur, our “Chocs away email” includes a tracking reference which you can use to follow its delivery progress and notify Royal Mail to rearrange the delivery in certain circumstances.Please note that if no one is available to accept delivery, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery, we cannot accept liability.
Cancelling your Order
When shopping with Chococo, you can be assured of complete peace of mind.
You may cancel your order at any time, up until 12 noon on the day you have requested that it is despatched. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01929 421777.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to:

In the instance that you'd like to return an item, please contact our Customer Services team who will supply you with a Royal Mail returns label. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
