Our award-winning chocolate "Salami" is featured in the Sunday Times
Our 2 Star Gold Great Taste award-winning dark chocolate "salami" was featured in a very swish piece in festive issue of "The Dish" magazine published by the Sunday Times on December 2nd 2018. In 52 pages of festive food, we were with very exalted company in a feature focused on sweet treats to enjoy over Christmas.
The Sunday Times recommends having fine chocolates (yes, we can do that for you) followed by high end confectionery, of which our chocolate salami was featured as one option.

By the way, our "salami" is completely meat-free (in case any of you were worried by the title!) and is actually suitable for anyone intolerant to dairy or is vegan, as it is a blend of our Madagascan origin dark chocolate blended with festive dried fruits, including figs, dates, apricots & raisins, with pecans, pistachios & a splash of brandy. We do not add any sugar, so the sweetness is coming from the chocolate & fruits and it is brilliant served at the end of a meal with a cheeseboard, port and or dessert wines & coffee.
