We are now offering a Click & Collect Service for our Chocolate Houses

Our timing was very good launching our new website just before Lockdown#2, as our site now allows you to order items for Click & Collect from our all Chocolate Houses (except Exeter which is now closed until the end of lockdown).

Most of the items on our site are available for Click & Collect, other than items that the chocolate houses don't normally stock - these include: hampers, specific types of selection box, chocolate biscuit cake logs & wreaths and a few other items. We have flagged in the bullet points on the relevant product pages if they are NOT available for Click & Collect - otherwise, they will be!

We have also just launched our NEW Gelato tubs for eating at home in 4 flavours and they are now available to order for just Click & Collect...for obvious reasons! So, you can now enjoy our award-winning gelato as a treat at home over lockdown.

We will be able to choose Click & Collect at the checkout & then choose the location that you would like to collect your purchase(s) from. If you order on say a Monday, your order will be ready to collect on Wednesday. We hope that this will be acceptable for you.

If you really, really want an item that is not available for Click & Collect, but want to collect it rather than have it posted out to you via our mail order service, please call your local Chocolate House directly - click here for all their telephone numbers - and discuss it with them. They will work out with the HQ team what might be possible and agree a future delivery date with you, which may be some time in the future, to give us time to make, pack & get the item to them first.

Please do NOT call us here at HQ if you want to order for collection from a chocolate house - please use the Click & Collect service online or call your local chocolate house and they will be able to look after you over the phone.
