The Telegraph award our Giant Dinosaur Easter Egg 5/5 in their Taste Test

The love for our Dinosaur egg just never seems to diminish! Even though we have been making our 175g Dinosaur egg for almost as many years as Chococo has been in existence, it keeps winning accolades (indeed most recently winning the Indy Best Buy award for the best Easter egg for kids this year), its new giant 400g big brother, has also just been given the top marks of 5/5 by the Telegraph in its review of the best Easter Eggs for children published online on March 10th!

We are chuffed that folk love our homage to our Jurassic heritage so much and that our new Giant Dinosaur Egg is also of appeal for families to share (is that a thing though? sharing your Easter egg?!)

This is what the Telegraph had to say about their taste test:

"The best kids' Easter eggs for 2021: delicious chocolate creations for children. Koalas, sloths and even giant milkshakes - we test the best child-friendly Easter eggs, critters and more for taste, looks and fun factor"

& this is what they had to say about our Giant Dinosaur Egg:

"A homage to the Jurassic Coast upon which this Dorset-based chocolatier is situated, this fun Easter egg is perfect for fossil lovers of all ages. Cracking open the hand-painted white chocolate shell reveals a thick, rich milk chocolate interior, studded with little chocolate dinosaurs and ammonites. It’s deliciously creamy, high quality, and, as the name would suggest, a good size for nibbling on all bank holiday weekend.

Taste test score: 5/5"
