We know we are a long way away from Scotland down here on the Dorset Coast, but we still enjoy Burns Night (on Friday 25th January) in style as co-founder Claire is half-scottish and hugely influenced in her love of food by her Scottish mother & Granny!

Our Cranachan Truffle is a homage to a classic Scottish dessert. Filled with a fresh Dorset cream & white chocolate ganache blended with Drambuie & raspberry puree, each is hand-dipped in a 67% Madagascan origin dark chocolate & rolled in toasted oatmeal.

Our Whisky Mac chocolate is back as a special guest star this January; a dash of warming 10 year old Glenmorangie single malt whisky blended with stem ginger pieces in a dark chocolate ganache. In a 43% Venezuelan milk chocolate dome & decorated with a naturally coloured white chocolate dot.
