Our Mega Milk Chocolate Bar is handmade of single origin chocolate made by our raise trade partners Chocolaterie Robert in Madagascar, from Grand Cru de Sambirano cocoa beans, it contains 65% cocoa (which is more than many dark chocolates out there), 27% milk and just 8% added sugar (yes you read that correctly).
You would never know that there is little added sugar in it though as the creaminess of the milk softens the cocoa intensity. It's creamy and rich, not too sweet, and delectably moreish. Silky and smooth in mouthfeel, it is a wonderful treat for any milk chocolate lover.
Our exclusive 65% Mega Milk Madagascan chocolate is made for us by Chocolaterie Robert who produce all their chocolate at their factory in Antananarivo the capital of Madagascar. This chocolate is known as raise trade because they produce truly fine, fresh & fair chocolate using freshly dried fine cocoa beans grown in the Sambirano valley region in the north west of Madagascar, so add significantly more value to the local economy than exporting commodity, even fairtrade, dried cocoa beans to be made into chocolate in the west.
This bar is packaged 100% plastic-free, in a recyclable paper pouch inside a recyclable cardboard box.
