We are very excited to announce our new Autumn Collection for 2021.

Developed, handcrafted and packed in our Dorset kitchen, our new Autumn Collection is a limited edition, curated selection of 16 chocolates, celebrating Autumnal flavours and local Dorset produce.

Tantalise your tastebuds with our new Toffee Apple Chocolate; A white chocolate and tart apple ganache topped with a toffee caramel and Liberty Fields Dorset Apple Syrup, encased in a dark shell.

Spice up the season with Chilli Tickle Caramel; a new recipe for this year, this handcrafted caramel is infused with Ancho chilli, smoked sea salt and vanilla, and is naturally vegan-friendly!

Also new for this season, and sure to be a favourite, Tangerine Dream! Orange infused dark chocolate is topped with a Dorset-made zingy citrus jelly for a deeply rich and vibrant flavour and an extremely smooth mouth-feel.

Returning this Autumn, you will also find Spiced Pumpkin and Black Garlic Caramel. Two very popular chocolates, these unusual flavours bring a true Autumnal essence to this Collection.

Other flavours included in this array include Chococo Classics; Arbequina and Sea Salt, Dorset Sea Salt Caramel, Melting Milk Truffle and Golden Crunch Gem.
