Swanage Chocolate House Manager

Due to recent staff role restructuring & the imminent exciting expansion of our cafe, multi award-winning Chococo is looking for a full time manager of our Chocolate House in the centre of Swanage.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about giving fantastic customer service, loves hospitality, retail & chocolate, has an eye for detail, can learn fast and would relish a challenge. You must be a people person with experience of managing a diverse team, meeting targets, staff rotas, training, stock control and banking.

You will also have hospitality & barista experience as our original chocolate house includes both a new larger cafe & retail elements. We are looking for someone who can ideally join us as soon as possible. As well as training, the benefits package includes performance bonus & staff discounts.
