Post-Easter Enquiries
We want to say a big THANK YOU to all of our customers that ordered from us over Easter. It has been a joy to hear such lovely feedback from so many of you about your Easter gifts.
Unfortunately, we are aware that some of your orders were slow to arrive or were damaged in transit, and we want to ensure everyone waiting for a response to an email that we WILL get back to them as soon as we can.
We are a small team here at Chococo HQ and every customer is extremely important to us. Amber and Lewis are working hard to answer everyone after the Bank Holiday weekend and we want to thank you for your patience.
We currently are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, but we are hopeful to reinstate this in the future, which should help ensure late orders definitely arrive in time before special occasions.
