Our Christmas holiday opening times for online & our stores

As Christmas approaches fast, a quick update for you on our online & Chocolate House opening times.

Our Online service:
We are still taking orders and will be despatching items this week but we would strongly advise that you choose FIRST CLASS delivery for any orders placed from now on to ensure it arrives by the weekend. We have been advised by Royal Mail that they will be working this weekend but anything posted after Thursday 21st may not be delivered in time.

Our HQ team will be here in between Christmas & New Year and we will be despatching parcels for delivery from 28th-30th December. Given that there is another bank holiday on New Year's Day the following Monday, the next delivery date after that will be early January.

Our Chocolate Houses:
Our 4 stores are open as normal until Christmas Eve when they will all shut early to give our teams time to spend with their families. Exeter will close at 2pm, the others at 3pm. They will be shut on Christmas Day & Boxing Day, opening again on 27th December with normal times.

Our Swanage Chocolate House will be open on New Year's Day for hot chocolates to help clear heads after a bracing walk on the beach (!), but our other stores will be closed on that day.  We open again as normal on the 2nd January 2024.
