Our Chocolate Houses are re-opening on April 2nd for Easter Click & Collect!
We are beyond excited to announce that we will be re-opening our four Chocolate Houses on Good Friday 2nd April to allow our local customers to pop in to collect their Easter orders and for a takeaway hot chocolate or brownie! It has been a long time hasn't if for this latest lockdown and whilst shops are not due to re-open until 12th April, we thought it could be helpful for our local customers if we could offer a Click & Collect Service for Easter gifts for collection on either Good Friday or Easter Saturday.
We are only able to offer Easter items for Click & Collect initially but will be able to offer a wider range of items once we are allowed to re-open the shops from April 12th. We will be operating a cafe takeaway service from April 2nd until mid-May when indoor seating will be hopefully allowed again. We appreicate that these dates may be subject to change as the government doesn't want to commit itself, but we will plan for the best case!
All our Easter items are now available for Click & Collect and we have also set up a separate Easter Click & Collect category to make it super easy. When you go through the ordering process, choose Click & Collect as your delivery option and then which chocolate house you would like to collect from. The first available date shown will be Friday 2nd April, but you can select a later date if you prefer.
We will deliver the ordered Easter items to each store on Thursday 1st April when we re-stock them with fresh bakery & gelato for their takeaway service. Given how busy we are making & packing Easter items for our online customers, we wont be able to re-stock the shops with the rest of their chocolate ranges until after Easter is over and we can breathe again!
As we make our gifts to order, we would really appreciate it if you could place your Click & Collect order as soon as possible so that we can ensure we make the stock for you and there will be an order deadline of 30th March for both mail order & click & collect orders. However, please dont leave it until the very last minute to order as we may have run out of stock or run out of time to make any more! We are quite different to other chocolate companies in that regard, even though our Easter eggs have several months shelf life, they are still freshly made!
So dont despair, if you dont want to pay to have your Easter eggs posted to you and live near one of our chocolate houses, you can choose your gifts from the comfort of your sofa and pop into your local Chococo to collect at a time that suits you over Easter!
