We are delighted to announce that for the first time ever, we have introduced two new suitably spooky, locally sourced seasonal flavours to accompany the return of Truffle Truffle & our new Purely Pistachio chocolate...creating a new selection of flavours that are all perfect for Halloween & Day of the Dead celebrations! 
As you know, we love collaborating with local food producers to create our truly fresh chocolates and at this time of year, we are very lucky to have these wonderful flavours to play with to create these exciting chocolates - we hope you enjoy tasting them as much as we have enjoyed creating them!


Our NEW Black Garlic Caramel sounds like a trick, but it is a true Dorset treat as we have infused locally sourced black garlic from Mark of the South West Garlic Farm in West Dorset into a caramel inside a Madagascar origin dark chocolate shell.
In Mark's own words, "black garlic cloves are a soft, dark brown, almost black in colour. The flavours are deep, almost caramelised with a wonderful sweet sour balance.  There is a strong umami kick and hints of aged balsamic, black cardamom, leather, smoke, tamarind and liquorice. Black Garlic is a unique, truly artisan ingredient, special in its own way like Alba Truffles or Beluga Caviar." & we think it works brilliantly with caramel & chocolate! 

We also thought it high time we created a pumpkin chocolate and the result is our NEW Spiced Pumpkin which is a glorious blend of a cinnamon & nutmeg-spiced fresh Dorset cream & single origin Madagascar dark chocolate ganache with pumpkin puree, topped with a spiced fresh pumpkin jam made especially for us by Rebecca of Rebecca's Kitchen just down the road from our chocolate kitchen here in Wareham in Dorset. Rebecca also supplies fresh lemon curd for our award-winning Lemon Zing chocolate and other seasonal jams & jellies for us.

It's that time of year again for truffles and we are thrilled to announce the return of our truly luxurious Truffle Truffle - a fresh Dorset cream infusion of fresh black summer truffle, foraged for us by Sasha Dorey, our local Dorset truffle hunter and her truffle hounds, blended with single origin Madagascar dark chocolate. This truffle also contains a dash of Black Moth truffle-infused vodka and is rolled in tiny dark chocolate pieces to resemble a freshly foraged truffle!
