This delicious drink has a slightly thicker consistency and is made using our award-winning 72% Ecuador dark hot chocolate flakes (check out our blog on information about our Ecuador single estate chocolate here), fresh Dorset cream, Colombia raw cane panela sugar and a dash of Dorset Sea salt.

Our single estate, Ecuador 72% cocoa content dark chocolate flakes have won multiple awards, including Silver in International Chocolate Award in 2022 as well as Silver Academy of Chocolate Award in 2022 and also 2024, making them the perfect choice for this new addition to the Chocolate house menu.

With moreish purple fruit flavour notes leading to a smooth soft finish, our Ecuador 72% dark chocolate is the perfect pairing to use in the new luxury hot chocolate drink.
