Christmas order book now closed!

With Christmas Day being on a Monday, there is less time than usual to get your Christmas gifts delivered in time as Christmas Eve is on a Sunday & Saturday deliveries are both expensive & sometimes a bit hit & miss.  So we are aiming to get all our orders out by Thursday 21st.

Please dont leave it till the last minute to contact us to place an order and expect a discount. We do not have a warehouse full of stock that we are trying to shift - we are making to order, so work completely different to other companies out there! Also if you leave it too late to order, you may well find that some items will be out of stock as we will run out of time to make & pack any more.

So, get a wiggle on all you last minute folks and place your orders now to avoid disappointment! 

The final order dates for our various posting options are:

Standard Delivery: Midnight Sunday 17th December
(we allow 3-5 days for this delivery but we do post your items out by 1st class Royal Mail. No signature is required)

Recorded Delivery: 10am Tuesday 19th December
(this is a tracked service by 1st class Royal Mail with a signature required by the recipient, so please choose a daytime address)

Guaranteed Delivery: noon Thursday 21st December
(this Royal Mail service is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the date you have selected & again a signature will be required).
Please note that we reserve the right to bring this deadline forwards to earlier in the day if we are swamped with last minute orders!

Larger orders which are too heavy to post by Royal Mail will be sent by courier which is a next day service but is not guaranteed to arrive before 1pm.
