We were thrilled to see that 4 of our most popular ongoing & seasonal chocolates won gongs in the 2019 International Chocolate Awards British Chocolatier competition!

Both our Gingerbread Caramel & Tawny Port & Fig won GOLD, so look out for these chocolates as Christmas approaches, as they are both part of our annual festive collection.

Our Tawny Port & Fig is a vegan-friendly chocolate as it is a glorious blend of figs steeped in Noval's 10 year old tawny port blended our Madagascar 67% dark chocolate with its fruity flavour notes, a touch of cinnamon and agave nectar. Simple but quite delicious.

Our Gingerbread Caramel wowed the Academy of Chocolate judges back in 2016 where it also won Gold, so it's fantastic to see it winning Gold again in these awards too. This chocolate also won a special Recipe Award which was a lovely surprise! It has been described by many as Christmas in a chocolate and we hope you agree when it is back in our chocolate houses & online.

We were also delighted to see our Cabin Pressure Gin & Rosemary chocolate and Blackcurrant Beauty both win SILVER in these awards. Cabin Pressure has now won gongs in all the awards we have entered this year as, being one of our newer chocolates, we wanted to get some feedback in all the awards that we enter, & boy, are we delighted that it has won a Bronze Academy of Chocolate, a 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award & now a Silver International Chocolate Award this year!

We will be entering the Gingerbread Caramel & Tawny Port & Fig into the World Finals of the International Chocolate Awards being held in Florence in October, so we will have all our fingers & toes crossed for good results against the best of the rest of the world!
