Since we began, back in a small kitchen in Swanage in 2002, we have been working with local beekeeper, Robert Field of Field Honey based in Swanage, to create fine, honey-filled delights, including our ever popular honeycombe!


Our latest collaboration with Robert, and a gorgeous flavour of Spring, is our new chocolate ‘Honey Honey’.Inside this chocolate you will discover a layer of locally made fig jam on top of a fresh Dorset cream and 65% Madagascar Mega Milk chocolate ganache, infused with Robert's bell heather honey and a gentle hint of rosemary.


This delicious recipe was developed by our chief chocolatier Tim in our Dorset Kitchen, experimenting with different flavour blends to best compliment this truly Dorset honey.

Decorated with a naturally coloured, simple yellow line on the top the rich 67% Madagascar dark chocolate dome, this striking chocolate is sure to become a firm favourite.
