We have expanded our collection of chocolate baubles for this Christmas to include these gorgeous low and no sugar options for chocolate lovers who are looking for an intense chocolate taste experience without too much sweetness.
All of these baubles are handcrafted with our Raisetrade chocolate produced from tree to bar by Chocolaterie Robert in Madagascar for us to work with. Made with grand cru de sambirano fine cocoa beans, the chocolate used for each one of these baubles has won fine food awards too, so they are not only low in sugar but are officially delicious!
If you want to enjoy a low sugar chocolate but are not sure about the intensity of dark, then the 65% 'Mega Milk' chocolate bauble is for you - winner of a 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award in 2018, this 'dark milk' chocolate contains 65% cocoa solids (as much cocoa as many dark chocolates), but only 8% added sugar, due to it also containing 27% milk solids - this higher than usual amount of milk gives this chocolate a rich creaminess that offsets the lack of sugar. In fact, you would never know that it contains so little sugar when you eat it!
This bauble is filled with 4 hazelnut gems made of the same chocolate studded with a crunchy roasted hazelnut in the middle.

Our 85% Madagascar 'Mega Dark' bauble is the perfect gift for a dark chocolate lover - this chocolate won a Gold Great Taste Award in 2019 and has wonderful intense red berry fruit notes, a hint of honey and a long smooth finish. Yes it is intense as it is also very low in sugar (just 15%) but it is a dark chocolate to savour and enjoy in small amounts at a time. This bauble is filled with 2017 Silver Academy of Chocolate award-winning cocoa dusted roasted cocoa beans, also from Madagascar. Not only are they extremely moreish, but they are also really high in fibre! So we have nicknamed them our daily fibre pills here at Chococo.

Our 100% Madagascar 'Totally Dark' bauble is for the hard core purists out there! This chocolate is definitely not for everyone but is the best 100% dark that we have ever eaten (& we have tried a lot over the years) as it still does have a softness to the palette despite its pure sugar-free cocoa intensity. Definitely a chocolate to enjoy in small amounts. This chocolate won the Academy of Chocolate Golden Bean Award 2017 as it is extraordinary in the world of 100% chocolate. This bauble is filled with the same chocolate in mini gems, so it is completely pure.
