Face coverings policy at Chococo from July 24th
As of July 24th it is now mandatory that face coverings are worn in all shops & takeaway food outlets, so we are requesting that all our customers comply (unless you are someone who fits into the excemptions list & please do let us know if this is the case for you) from today.
We think the rules are actually very straightforward - please wear your mask when buying chocolates or ordering any takeaway food and drink items from us.
If you want to sit in (as we have a few distanced tables in all our chocolate houses now), please wear your mask to order at the counter & then remove it once you are seated at your table.
All our chocolate house teams have been wearing visors or masks for a while already, so you can be sure that you will be greeted by team members doing their best to do the right thing for everyone.
We fully appreciate that this policy is quite polarising and that some people do not want to wear masks, but we hope that all our customers will comply with this new rule.
We will ask anyone not wearing a mask to put one on before entry and we hope that no one gives any of our team members abuse for just trying to follow the new rules.
We are not able to supply free masks for customers who do not have one with them but we do know that there are shops in the immediate vicinity of all our chocolate houses selling them.
