Celebrate Exeter Pride In Our Chocolate House on Saturday 12th May!
On Saturday 12th May, the biggest LGBT+ Pride event in the South West is celebrating its 10th anniversary right in the heart of Exeter!
Starting at noon on Sidwell Street, the extravagant parade will head down the High Street, following to Queen Street, before ending in NorthernHay Gardens.
Along the way, you can expect to discover great live music, market stalls, panel debates, film screenings & more. There will even be a spectacular 50-metre long rainbow flag carried by volunteers!
Gandy Street will be holding a very own street party, 2-6pm and an exciting catwalk down the street at 4pm with fabulous drag queens including Miss Chococo! We'll be open as usual on Gandy Street, situated right next to Zizzi's, so why not pop in and stop for a delicious ice cream sundae provided by Purbeck Ice Cream while you're down there. We love to make our sundaes dripping in our house chocolate sauce, which is made from a pure blend of single origin dark & milk chocolate with no added syrups or nasties!
You'll definitely need to refuel after all the walking about so we will have plenty of freshly prepared light lunches available too. We have a delicious range of vegan and vegetarian options, so you'll be certain to find a delicious chocolate treat to get your energy levels back up and running!
Exeter Phoenix will be holding exciting day time and evening events too, so be sure to check them out when you pass by.
It's set to be an amazing day full of positivity and colour, we can't wait!
