Our chocolate of the month for June is NEW Conker & Lime!

Our chocolate of the month for June is tangy Conker & Lime, made with Dorset Conker gin and local lime marmalade!

Following the success of Conker & Gorse and Conkered Coffee last year, we recently worked with Conker Spirit again to create a NEW flavour for this summer. We infuse the gin into a milk chocolate ganache using Dorset fresh cream from Craig’s Dairy Farm and top it with a layer of tangy lime marmalade by From Dorset With Love, which is encased in a milk chocolate dome.

We only use natural colours here at Chococo and the yellow splatters on our Conker & Lime chocolate are hand painted using a mixture of curcumin powder & cocoa butter, so there are definitely no nasties in this delicious creation!
