Celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with chocolates fit for a Queen, with our new Limited Edition Jubilee Collection to share.

To honour Queen Elizabeth II's 70 years on the throne, our chocolatiers here at our chocolate kitchen in Dorset have created Royal Tipple, a beautifully hand-decorated dark chocolate dome which reveals a soft ganache of our 70% Madagascar dark chocolate and fresh Dorset cream blended with a gently boozy mix of Dubonnet, Gin & a hint of lemon...we understand this to be the Queen's favourite tipple! By the way, as we love to support local producers, we have used Dorset's Conker gin for this creation.

For those of you who might not know what Dubonnet is, as it is a bit retro, here is a definition for you: Dubonnet is a sweet, aromatised wine-based aperitif. It is a blend of fortified wine, herbs, and spices, with fermentation being stopped by the addition of alcohol. It is currently produced in France by Pernod Ricard. So now you know!

We have also created a gorgeous new Pink Fizz champagne chocolate as it felt very appropriate for this very special occasion. We have blended marc de champagne with both white & ruby chocolate for a hint of fruitiness, plus English rose oil for a floral top note. The extra fun part of this chocolate is that it really does fizz as chocolatier Tim has added a few pieces of popping candy too, so this chocolate gem is actually sparkling!

We have also included our very popular Lemon Zing with its layer of fresh Dorset-made lemon curd on top of a lemon-scented white chocolate ganache as we understand that one of the Queen's favourite desserts is lemon posset.

In this limited edition curated selection you will also find a selection of customer favourites which we felt were most suitable for such a celebratory collection - jammy Cream Tea with its layer of Dorset-made tangy raspberry jam on top of a clotted cream & white chocolate ganache, 3 Star Gold Great Taste award-winning Mellow Mint with its refreshing infusion of fresh garden mint in dark chocolate, vibrant Raspberry Riot fresh Dorset cream & dark chocolate truffle rolled in dried raspberry pieces, caramel-sweet Golden Crunch Gem with contrasting intense, crunchy roasted cocoa nibs inside and last, but definitely not least, our multi award-winning Dorset Sea Salt Caramel, made with smoked sea salt from the Dorset Sea Salt company on the Isle of Portland in West Dorset.

There are at least 2 of each flavour in this box, and several include 4, so that you won't need to fight over who gets to taste which flavour!

Each chocolate is handcrafted in every sense - we make the shells ourselves, we make & hand-pipe all the ganache fillings into each shell, we make our own caramels and each chocolate is also decorated by hand...each one is truly a labour of love! This box includes artisan chocolates handcrafted in our Dorset chocolate kitchen with fresh Dorset cream ganache centres so they will need to be eaten within 3 weeks maximum from receipt as we do not use any additives or preservatives.
