Chocolat Madagascar, as used by Chococo, wins Bronze & Silver in the 2015 Academy of Chocolate Awards

We were delighted to see that Chocolat Madasgar bars produced by Chocolaterie Robert in Madagascar also won several gongs in the recent 2015 Academy of Chocolate Awards.
They won Bronze for their 50% milk chocolate bar which we sell both online & in our shops (& all love as a "dark milk" bar) and they also won Silver for their 65% & 70% dark chocolate bars (which we also sell in our shops - the 70% is coming online soon).
We work with the 64% couverture for some of our ganaches and the 70% for our hot chocolate flakes, so we are big fans of this delicious chocolate produced from bean to bar in Madagascar!
