An update on posting during hot weather

At this time, we are continuing to post from our Dorset Chocolate Kitchen.

All our parcels, which are packed by hand in our Dorset HQ, are kept in a temperature-controlled area until the posties come to collect them in the evening.

We constantly keep an eye on the temperatures, and will contact you in a scenario where we have to amend planned postages.

We recommend choosing First Class delivery at this time of the year, and ensuring you have a cool safe place if required. Alternatively, you can choose a convenient time for delivery with our preferred delivery date option, so your parcel will arrive on a day you are at home.
