February Hot Chocolate of the Month - 85% Colombia
Our Guest Hot Chocolate for February is...
This single origin chocolate is produced from tree to bar in Colombia with fine cocoa beans from the Santander region of the country. It has a rich deep, yet slightly fruity cocoa taste & has a higher percentage cocoa content than most of our range of single origin hot chocolates (aside from the 100% which is also from Colombia) and is therefore lower in sugar, to give you more of an intense chocolate hit.
As a reminder, the rest of our hot chocolate range has something for everyone and each one is available in all of our three Chocolate Houses in Swanage, Winchester & Exeter:
31% Dominican Republic White (for the very sweet toothed)
43% Venezuela Milk (for the sweet toothed)
70% Madagascar (our classic rich and smooth house hot chocolate)
75% Tanzania (with notes of banana)
80% Uganda (full flavoured and intense with smokey notes)
100% Colombia (sugar-free, add sugar to taste)
All of our hot chocolates from 70-100% can also be vegan if you request a plant-based milk like soya, oat or almond.
