Our new Chocolate House on Gandy St in Exeter is now open!
We are thrilled to announce that our third Chocolate House on Gandy Street in Exeter is now open! We opened the door at 10am on Saturday 18th June after a frenetic few weeks to get it ready and were delighted at how busy we were and the lovely feedback we got from our first customers about our new shop.
Gandy St is just off the High St and is a famous pedestrian street full of independent shops. We have taken over what was the White Stuff shop for many years and it is a lovely unit with a ground floor shop area with small tables & chairs as we have in both Winchester & Swanage, plus an upstairs area with extra seating in a combination of armchairs & big tables with bench seats...so lots of space to chill out and enjoy a hot chocolate, Purbeck ice cream or fondue!
As you may know, we love supporting local food & drink producers, and so we are also serving Crankhouse coffee roasted just 2 miles from Gandy St & cycled to us by Dave, Mr Crankhouse. Emma of Emma's Bread bakery in the Real Food Store on Paris St is also supplying us with delicious savoury & sweet bakes & chocolate chip scones she is making for us with our Madagascan dark chocolate.
We are open 7 days a week and our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9am - 5.30pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm
Our Chocolate House is at 22 Gandy St, Exeter, EX4 3LS and Bob, John, Sylwia, Sarah, Josh, Meg, Jasmine & Rosie look forward to welcoming you if you are ever in the centre of Exeter!
