We make all our studded slabs by hand here at Chococo. To make this 'Sea Salt & Cocoa Nib' slab we blend smoked sea salt from the Dorset Sea Salt Co based on the Isle of Portland in West Dorset & Madagascan roasted cocoa nibs into our 45% house milk chocolate from Venezuela before pouring it into a long tray to set.
The fruity notes of the Madagascan nibs together with smoky sea salt make for a delicious flavour combination.
