Milk Chocolate Toasted Cashew & Sea Salt Slabs by Chococo handcrafted in Dorset

Our Toasted Cashew & Sea Salt slabs are one of our most popular studded slabs flavours!

We toast chopped cashew nuts fresh for each batch and then sprinkle them with Dorset sea salt. The nuts are then mixed into 47% milk chocolate from Colombia whilst still warm to capture that freshly toasted flavour! We create giant slabs in large trays that are then cut by hand into smaller pieces and packaged in a limited edition slabs sleeve.

Ingredients:
Chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla), cashew nuts, Dorset Sea Salt. Venezuelan origin milk chocolate: 45% (min) cocoa solids, 18% milk solids.
