Handcrafted in our Dorset kitchen, this delightful bauble is made with our signature 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate made exclusively for us in Colombia with fine Fino de Aroma cocoa beans, from the Huila, Tumaco & Santander regions, for a rich yet creamy cocoa taste with less sugar than most milk chocolates.
This bauble is a true chocolate lover's delight and is filled with 4 award-winning Dorset Sea Salt caramel gems wrapped in tissue inside. These Dorset Sea Salt Caramel gems won a 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award in 2020. We make our own caramel using salt from Portland, from the Dorset Sea Salt Co. and then pipe it into a 72% Ecuador dark chocolate gem. The sweetness of the caramel is perfectly contrasted by the mellow earthiness of the dark chocolate, and being inside a milk chocolate bauble means you can experience a plethora of flavours.
Each bauble is handpainted in our Dorset kitchen using cocoa butter for a beautiful, festive finish, and then packed in 100% plastic-free packaging.
