How about this for a giant edible greetings card!
Each of our 250g message bars are made by hand in 45% Venezuelan milk chocolate.
Before the chocolate sets in the mould, we hand-decorate each bar with dark & white chocolate buttons decorated with edible patterns. Once it has set, we then pipe the message on the bar in our aromatic white chocolate from Colombia.
Each one is piped by hand by one of our team of chocolatiers here in Dorset, so each bar is unique.
By the way, the bar measures 16.5cm square.
You can also send a gift message with your bar, so you can expand on your greeting if you so wish!

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla, edible patterns (cocoa butter, curcumin, spirulina, beetroot)
Milk chocolate: 45% (min) cocoa solids, 18% milk solids; white chocolate: 34% cocoa butter, 18% milk solids, dark chocolate: 67% (min) cocoa solids.
