Important information about this product

This makes a stylish gift bar for someone who loves milk chocolate with a sweet crunch.

We make all our honeycombe here at Chococo with cane sugar and local Dorset honey from Field Honey Farms based in Swanage. We have been working with Robert Field aka Bob, since we launched Chococo back in 2002 and his honey helps make our honeycombe very special indeed.

Once the honeycombe cools, we break it into chunks and mix it into our house origin 45% Venezuelan milk chocolate for a wonderful combination of milk chocolate & sweet honeycombe. As our milk chocolate contains more cocoa & less sugar than most milk chocolates, mixing it with honeycombe doesn't make the overall taste sensation too sweet.

The bar measures 16.5cm square.

Ingredients: sugar,cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, honeycombe (sugar, glucose syrup, Dorset honey, bicarbonate of soda), natural vanilla, edible gold lustre (E171, E172)

milk chocolate: 45% (min) cocoa solids, 18% milk solids
