With Chococo based on Dorset's Jurassic Coast, we simply had to have a Dinosaur Egg to pay homage to our ancient county. This is the giant version of our annual best-selling 175g egg, studded inside with dinosaurs & ammonites. An annual favourite in our Easter delights, it's the perfect gift for palaeontologists of all ages.
Each egg is handmade, starting with the outer layer of the shell creating a mottled egg effect which is achieved by stippling white & milk chocolate. The shell is then built up with layers of our 45% Venezuela origin milk chocolate, and each half studded inside with mini dark & white chocolate dinosaurs & ammonites. Finally the two halves are hand-sealed, secreting the surprises inside.
