Dark Chocolate Glorious Ginger Slabs which are vegan-friendly handcrafted by Chococo

'Glorious Ginger' is one of Chococo's original studded slab creations from our launch back in 2002!

We make all our studded slabs by hand here at Chococo. To make this 'Glorious Ginger', we pour our house 72% Ecuador origin dark chocolate into a long tray and then sprinkle chopped crystallised ginger pieces all over the top before the chocolate sets.

Simple but utterly delicious for anyone who loves the combination of dark chocolate with ginger.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla, sunflower lecithin, crystallised ginger 10% (ginger, sugar).
Dark chocolate: 72% (min) cocoa solids.
