We toast chopped cashew nuts fresh for each batch and then sprinkle them with Dorset sea salt. The nuts are then mixed into 72% dark chocolate from Ecuador whilst still warm to capture that freshly toasted flavour! We create giant slabs in large trays that are then cut by hand into smaller pieces before being packed by hand by our packing team.
