Based on an old family recipe of Chococo co-founder Claire, this Chocolate Christmas Pudding Cakes is perfect to offer up to guests (we also do a set of four of these cute puddings) or why not treat yourself this festive period. With sweet cherries, raisins and 67% Madagascar Dark Chocolate encased in Venezuela origin milk chocolate, this flavour-filled biscuit pudding cake is perfect for all ages.
For a Christmas finish, this pudding is topped with white chocolate ‘snow’ and studded with dates, apricots and cranberries. The perfect alternative to a Christmas Cake or Pudding, have one to yourself or easily share by cutting it in half with a sharp knife.
This cake is individually presented wrapped in compostable corn starch cello, so is in plastic-free packaging. Also, they are egg-free & nut-free and will last several weeks....as if!
