Handcrafted by our chocolatiers, this Salami is a true showstopper. Whether served in slices alongside a warming coffee or out on the cheeseboard after Christmas Lunch, this 2 Star Gold Great Taste award-winning dark chocolate salami studded with fruits & nuts is the perfect indulgent festive treat.
Made with 72% Ecuador origin dark chocolate, each salami is packed full of dried figs, apricots, raisins, candied orange peel, pecans and pistachios, and finished with a touch of brandy for a truly festive flavour.
To really add to the wow factor, each Salami is wrapped by hand in foil and parchment paper and finished with genuine butcher’s twine for a truly authentic feel.
Your salami will be happy stored somewhere cool or in the fridge, but it is best brought back to room temperature before eating for the flavours to sing.
It will keep for several months in the fridge if you re-wrap it and keep the cut end sealed... though we would be surprised if you can stop snaffling it!
Ingredients: (33.8%) 72% Ecuador dark chocolate, 72% (min) cocoa solids (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), (20%) drief figs, (12.9%) dates, (7.1%) raisins, (7.1%) candied orange peel (corn glucose syrup 75%, orange peel 25%), (7.1%) dried apricots, (5.7%) pistachios, (5.7%) pecans, (0.3%) icing sugar, (0.3%) brandy.
