This is our hugely popular chocolate biscuit cake, or Purbeck Marble Cake as we call it due to all the marvellous stone along our stretch of Dorset coastline, in the style of a festive wreath. Chococo co-founder Claire adapted an old family favourite tiffin recipe to create this Purbeck Marble Cake many years ago now & it has become a key part of the Chococo range. It also won a Gold Great Taste Award back in 2007.

This chocolate biscuit cake biscuit wreath makes a delicious alternative to a Christmas cake and is perfect for enjoying after a brisk walk on Boxing Day!

It is filled with rich tea biscuits, dried morello cherries & raisins to give both crunch & sweetness to complement the 67% Madagascan origin dark chocolate. We cover each cake in our house 45% Venezuelan milk chocolate (which is also great when giving to kids as they don't notice that actually, it is dark chocolate inside!).

To make this wreath suitably festive, we then decorate each one with white chocolate, cranberries, dates & apricots.

This wreath is presented wrapped in compostable corn starch cello on a cake board & inside a cake box, so is in plastic-free packaging.

This "cake" is also both egg-free & nut-free and will last up to 8 weeks....as if!
