Raspberry Riot - 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate, raspberries & framboise liqueur in fresh Dorset cream rolled in crushed dried raspberries

Apple Dilly - back for the Summer - 41% Venezuelan milk chocolate & fresh Dorset cream with apple & lavender jelly made locally for us by Sue & Kim of Peasant Products, with lavender from Longbarn lavender growers in Winchester, Hampshire
Balsamic Berry - back for the Summer - 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate ganache infused with aged balsamic vinegar and layered with a set strawberry puree, dipped in dark chocolate & topped with a dried strawberry.
Dotty Apricotty - with a new recipe for 2010, a deliciously dark chocolate heart with white chocolate dots revealing a soft centre of Turkish organically grown natural apricots (no sulphur!) in a fresh Dorset cream & milk chocolate ganache.
Blackcurrant Beauty - 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate infused with a touch of blackcurrant liqueur by Bramley & Gage of Thornbury near Bristol, layered with a pure pates de fruits of blackcurrant, dipped in dark chocolate & decorated with shimmering swirls. (3 Star Gold Great Taste Award 2009).
Gorgeous Ginger - 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate & fresh Dorset cream studded with chopped ginger pieces (Academy of Chocolate Gold Medal 2009)
Blackstrap Harry - Organic blackstrap molasses in 70% dark chocolate ganache filling. We feel this flavour oozes the world of the Caribbean & of pirates, so have named it after a local pirate Harry, who, legend has it is the Harry of the famous Old Harry Rocks stack at the northern end of Swanage Bay! (2 Star Gold Great Taste Award 2009)

Bob's Bees - local Purbeck honey from Bob the beekeeper blended with fresh Dorset cream & both Venezuelan milk & dark Venezuelan chocolate (Silver Great Taste Award 2006)
Espresso - fairtrade coffee in a dark chocolate & fresh Doset cream (Gold Great Taste Award 2006)
Rum Totty - Rum-sozzled fairtrade raisins in 70% dark chocolate & fresh Dorset cream in a milk chocolate dome

Cider with Fifi - Somerset Royal Cider Brandy from the Somerset Cider Brandy Co near Martock in Somerset, blended with fresh Dorset cream, chopped organic apples & 70% dark chocolate in a milk chocolate dome.
A rather delicious little chocolate this one & named after Fifi, one of the copper stills used to distill the cider brandy. You can visit the distillery & see Fifi with her partner Josephine in action.
Perfect Passion - handmade pure passionfruit jelly layered with milk chocolate ganache dipped in milk chocolate and decorated with an edible floral pattern.
