Do our chocolates contain nuts?

Due to our production processes, all our chocolates may contain trace elements of nuts. We always recommend that people with nut allergies check packaging, and DO NOT consume our products.

Are our chocolates suitable for vegetarians?

All our ingredients have been checked as being suitable for vegetarians, even the alcohol in our alcoholic chocolates.

Are any of our chocolates suitable for vegans?

Our handmade slab bars, the shards of pure chocolate with cocoa nibs, drinking chocolate grains & hand-dipped fruits in plain chocolate are all suitable for vegans.

Can I send chocolates overseas?

Please contact us if you wish to send our chocolates overseas to countries outside of the EU. We do not recommend that you use our services if you are wanting to send our perishable chocolates to a warm country, as we have no control over the temperature in transit.

Do we offer factory visits?

You are always welcome to watch us in action through the viewing window into the factory but please be aware that our factory is just one room - it doesn't take long to get a feel for what we do! We do also offer small group workshop visits of our factory plus chocolate, honey & spices tastings. Please see the Workshops & Parties page for more information or contact us to enquire.

Can we supply items included in the Mail Order range in large quantities?

We can arrange for larger deliveries - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
