Children's Parties

Looking for a children's party idea with a difference? Our Chocolate Kitchen at Cocoa Central is available for hire for children's chocolate parties on Saturday afternoons and after school on weekdays.

These fun-filled 2 hours being an "oompaloompa" in our chocolate kitchen always go down well – the children get to make several chocolate creations which they can take home & show off, plus they get to enjoy a special chocolate fondue!

We tailor the creations to be made to the ages of the children, but can include chocolate baskets, bars for them to decorate, lollies, moulding chocolate shapes & dipping dried fruits into chocolate.

The minimum number of children per party is 8 and max 15.

Age ranges

Minimum age of 7 years old please & we would suggest that a maximum age of 12-13 works best.

Any older & they can be a bit too cool for chocolate making! However, we are happy to discuss with parents if you have kids outside these age brackets.

By the way, we charge a fee for hiring our Chocolate Kitchen payable upfront and a per head cost payable on the day.

The price includes:

• The chocolate making session
• A chocolate fondue with dipping treats, including fresh fruits, biscuits and marshmallows
• A party bag of the chocolates made by each child to take home

And finally, you are welcome to bring a birthday cake, or we can make one of our special Purbeck Marble Cake chocolate biscuit cakes, hand-piped with a message in white chocolate for the birthday child – this must be pre-booked.
