This new chocolate, launched for Chocolate Week 2014 in October, has been received with much interest by chocolate bloggers & the national press - it has already been featured in Metro newspaper & the Guardian Online who described it as such:

This exciting new flavour is the winning chocolate from our customer competition held back in June to create a chocolate with local Hampshire flavour(s). This one was suggested by Deborah Hicks who is thrilled that we worked up her suggestion into a fabulous chocolate!
We have teamed up with Paul of Twisted Nose gin, based in Winchester & James of the Watercress company, with farms in both Hampshire & Dorset, to bring you...Totally Twisted Nose, a very special chocolate blending fresh locally grown fresh watercress, watercress-infused gin, fresh Dorset cream & chocolate (& nothing else, no additives or preservatives of any form).
The result is intriguing; fresh, almost savoury pepper notes, giving way to the bright gin botanicals...but the gin notes are subtle, not overpowering.
We also sampled this very special chocolate with our local Winchester restaurant friends at River Cottage Canteen Winchester & The Chesil Rectory, with their special Chocolate Week menus from 16th - 18th Oct, as they also both stock Twisted Nose gin in their bars!
