NEW Chocolate Salami studded with dried fruits & nuts now available to order online or buy in our shops

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new festive fruit & nut chocolate "salami". Perfect as a Christmas gift for a foodie, this half kilo salami is made of purely Madagascan origin dark chocolate, unsalted butter, dates, cranberries, raisins, fresh orange zest, chopped pistachios & almonds.  We do not add any sugar to this "salami", so the sweetness comes from the fruits and very moreish it is too.

Just for fun, we have wrapped it in the traditional style of a savoury salami. This one is best kept cool (it can be kept in the fridge) but please bring back to room temperature before eating to enjoy the flavours & texture at its best.



Dusted in icing sugar, this salami makes a brilliant finish for the end of a meal - place it on a wooden chopping board with a knife for cutting it into slices & watch the faces of your guests as puzzlement turns into delight....a great conversation piece!
