Introducing our latest collaboration, NEW Oak Smoked Caramel with the Dorset Sea Salt Co!

We are delighted to announce the launch of our latest collaboration with a local food producer, the Dorset Sea Salt Co. We have created our NEW  Dorset Oak Smoked Caramel Chocolate! We love it so much we have created a limited edition box of 9 of these delicious caramels. 

We add The Dorset Sea Salt Co's Apple Oak Smoked Sea Salt to our fresh muscovado caramel and once it has cooled down enough, we then pipe the caramel into 67% Madagascar origin dark chocolate faceted gems, each of which is decorated by hand with splatters of naturally coloured cocoa butter. 

Dorset Sea Salt was founded in 2017 by Jethro, an obsessed sea salt fanatic. The natural salt pans on the east wears of Portland inspired him to revive Dorset's local sea salt scene. Supported by the Prince's Trust (a charity that helps young people into work), Jethro founded the Dorset Sea Salt Company.

Our NEW Dorset Oak Smoked Caramel chocolate is available to buy individually in our Chocolate Houses and as a box of 9.
