Our Cabin Pressure Gin & Rosemary Chocolate wins Bronze at the 2019 Academy of Chocolate Awards

We were delighted to hear earlier this week that, Cabin Pressure Gin & Rosemary, one of our newer chocolates created in 2018, has won a Bronze in this year's Academy of Chocolate Awards.

We created this chocolate to after opening our 4th chocolate house in Horsham in April 2018 as we love to work with craft gin distilleries local to each of our chocolate house locations. We already work with Salcombe Gin for our Exeter store, WInchester Distillery for our Winchester store and Conker Gin for our Swanage store.

Cabin Pressure is distilled in Horsham by husband & wife team David & Emily Howard & David suggested a great flavour to complement it is rosemary, so that is exactly what we did when creating this chocolate...infuse fresh rosemary into the ganache!

In honour of this gin being connected to all things flying, we hand-decorate this chocolate with dots of naturally coloured cocoa butter sky blue patches & white clouds!

To celebrate its Academy of Chocolate win, we have created a special Box of 9 Cabin Pressure Gin & Rosemary chocolates &  it is always available in our Horsham Chocolate House & usually in all our chocolate houses and is always in our Gin Collection Boxes!
