Chef Skye Gyngell reviewing a wide selection of artisan & mass market Easter eggs for The Telegraph on March 19th said of our Butterfly Egg, 

"The butterflies inside the shell are quite charming. The milk chocolate is overly sweet for my liking but it tastes less manufactured than others."

note: Skye declared upfront in the article that she prefers dark chocolate & so of course a milk chocolate egg is going to be sweeter than that but our milk chocolate contains 43% cocoa solids, so is actually much less sweet than most milk chocolates!

Chef Michel Roux Jr reviewed eggs & hot x buns for the Observer Food Monthly & said of our Butterfly egg that it "looks artisanal" and in terms of taste is: "darker - more to my taste. It's been dipped several times. Incredibly thick..."
