Our latest fresh chocolate creation, launched for Chocolate Week 2015, is a delicious blend of Spanish arbequina olive oil, smoked Cornish sea salt, 64% Madagascan dark chocolate from Chocolaterie Robert and fresh Dorset cream.....and absolutely nothing else.
Arbequina olive oil is a rich aromatic olive oil that complements and enhances the natural fruit notes of the dark chocolate and the smoked sea salt brings out the flavours to their very best!
Russell Brown, (Michelin star chef of the Sienna restaurant in Dorchester & now owner of creativeaboutcuisine.com) described these chocolates has "having a beautiful complex flavour"
