How to shop
Being parents of 2 small boisterous children & owners of an equally demanding business, we quite understand that there is just not enough time in the day to do everything that needs doing….so we have designed our site to make it as easy as possible for you to order our handmade chocolate gifts for delivery not just to yourself but direct to several significant others too.
Please note that ALL prices INCLUDE UK DELIVERY & a giftcard.
Here are the ways you can use our online shop:
Order now for delivery within a few days:
As our fresh selection boxes contain chocolates with a shelf life of just 2 weeks (we told you they were fresh!), we make & pack your chocolates to order & deliver by our default delivery date (usually within 3 days of receiving your order).
By the way, as we make all our chocolates fresh by hand, we do not have a warehouse filled with ready packed boxes that can be posted instantly – we make & pack to your orders so it takes a few days to turn your order around.
Pre-order now for delivery at a future date:
If you would like to send chocolates for a special date in the future, no problem (in fact we like to get such orders as it helps us plan our making schedule).
Just select the future delivery date you would like the item to arrive, we will then make up your order at the appropriate time with fresh chocolates & despatch it to arrive on your requested date.
Please note that we can now offer a special delivery postage service to guarantee arrival of your item before 1pm on a specific date. If you decide to stick with our first class recorded service (which is included in all our prices), we advise selecting the day ahead of a specific date for delivery, just to be on the safe side!
Select multiple items to be sent to different addresses with different messages & even different delivery dates, all in the same order
When you order multiple items, you will asked to select a delivery address, a delivery date & a gift message for EACH item.
You will be able therefore to send different items to different people for different dates all in one order.
We will store each element of your order appropriately & send out fresh chocolates at the appropriate time for each.
You will also be informed by email that we have partially posted your order so that you can be assured that each element has been sent according to your wishes.
Include a giftcard & giftwrap:
The option of including a message with your gift if you would like us to send it directly to someone else, is all included in the price.
Giftwrap on our selection boxes is an optional extra and is shown as a £2 supplement. You can select to say either "no thanks" or "yes please" to giftwrap & the price will automatically update for you.

If after all that, you decide you don’t want to shop online that is fine too – we are happy to take your order over the phone between 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday. And don’t worry, you won’t get a remote call centre, you will get to talk to us!
