Delivery & Returns
You can order our chocolates online at any time.
You have the option of choosing your required delivery date(s) a minimum of 3 working days from the date of your order. Our online calender will automatically set the first available delivery date but you are at liberty to change it for an alternative future date to meet your requirements.
You have the option of ordering gifts for specific date(s) a distance into the future. We will store your order on file & only make up your order with fresh chocolates just prior to sending it out to meet your delivery date.
Although you can request delivery on a Monday, we suggest that you choose a Tuesday onwards as we do not think it advisable to store our fresh, perishable chocolates in a distribution depot over the weekend.
Although every attempt is made to deliver on your requested delivery date, we cannot guarantee it 100% & suggest that if you are ordering for a time critical event or date that you allow a day's leeway to ensure that it arrives in time.
We recommend that gifts are sent to a work address if at all possible as all our parcels require a signature.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during weekday working hours. Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office address finding service.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.
Cancelling your Order
When shopping with Chococo, you can be assured of complete peace of mind.
You may cancel your order at any time, up until 12 noon on the day you have requested that it is despatched. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01929 421777.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to:

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Chococo and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
