Academy of Chocolate World Chocolate Awards 2005

We were thrilled to win a Gold (Gorgeous Ginger), Silver (Wild Thing) & Bronze (Chilli Tickle truffle) in the first of these very prestigious chocolate awards.

All 3 of these fresh chocolates, made with our Venezuelan origin chocolate & a fresh Dorset cream ganache, are available in our "Critics' Choice" box, medium & large selection boxes & all our seasonal selections too.

Sara Jayne-Stanes chair of the Academy of Chocolate says of the Awards:

The judging panel, who judged all the chocolates in a blind tasting, included the UK’s foremost chocolate experts: Damian Allsop, pastry chef and chocolatier, Martin Christy of seventypercent.com, Chantal Coady of Rococo, Chloe Doutre-Roussel of Fortnum & Mason’s, Sarah Jane Evans, food writer & broadcaster, Sara Jayne-Stanes, author of Chocolate: A Definitive Guide and Kate Johns of nudge pr.
